1. Eligibility

  1. You must be 18 years or older to place a rental order with Game Day Valet (GDV).
  2. By placing an order, you confirm you are legally capable of entering into a binding agreement.

2. Rental Responsibility

  1. Customers are responsible for all rented items from delivery until pickup.
  2. Items must be returned in the same condition as received; normal wear and tear accepted.
  3. Do not leave items unattended or exposed to theft.

3. Delivery & Pickup

  1. Delivery location: GDV staff will deliver all rentals to the starting field of your first scheduled game (per the tournament schedule).
  2. If your field or game time changes, you must notify GDV as soon as possible so we can re-route delivery.
  3. Tents must be properly staked/weighted; wind/weather damage from improper securing is not covered.
  4. Customers are responsible for setting up, moving, and taking down items throughout the day.
  5. After your final game, place all rental items back in the wagon (if provided) or neatly at the designated pickup spot.
  6. Notify GDV when rentals are ready for pickup.

4. Damage, Loss & Waivers

  1. Customers are financially responsible for repair or replacement if items are lost, stolen, missing parts, or returned in unusable condition (beyond normal wear and tear).
  2. An optional Damage Waiver — $15 per order may be purchased to cover accidental damage during normal use.
  3. Not covered: loss or theft; weather/wind damage; negligence or misuse (e.g., not staking tents, standing on chairs, leaving items out overnight); cosmetic wear; damage off-site from the tournament.
  4. If you decline the Damage Waiver, you agree to pay the replacement values below. Your card on file may be charged after inspection; GDV will email an itemized invoice with photos.
  5. The Damage Waiver is not insurance. Normal wear and tear is not charged.

Replacement Values (update to your actual costs):

  1. 10×10 Canopy Tent — $350 (Top $200, Frame $150)
  2. Standard Chair — $130
  3. Rocking Chair — $150
  4. Wagon — $125
  5. Stake/Accessory Set — $20
  6. Cleaning (excessive mud/spills) — $15 per item

5. Cancellations & Refunds

  1. Cancellations made 48+ hours before the event: full refund.
  2. Same-day cancellations, no-shows, or unused rentals are non-refundable.
  3. If a tournament is canceled due to weather or unforeseen circumstances, GDV will issue a credit for future rentals.
  4. GDV may refuse or cancel an order at any time for reasons including item availability, pricing/description errors, suspected fraud, or misuse.

6. Liability & Disclaimers

  1. GDV is not responsible for injuries, accidents, or damages arising from the use or misuse of rental items.
  2. Rentals are provided “As Is” and “As Available.” No guarantee services will be uninterrupted or error-free.
  3. To the maximum extent allowed by law, GDV’s liability is limited to the total amount paid for the order.

7. Termination of Service

  1. GDV may suspend or terminate rentals if terms are violated, including misuse of equipment, fraudulent activity, or failure to return items.

8. Governing Law

  1. These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of North Carolina.

9.SMS Notifications

By providing your mobile number and checking the consent box at checkout, you agree to receive important text notifications from Game Day Valet (GDV) related to your rental order. These may include booking confirmations, delivery updates, and event-day notices.

  1. Message frequency varies; standard message and data rates may apply.
  2. To opt out, reply STOP at any time. You will receive a confirmation of opt-out.
  3. For support, reply HELP or email support@gamedayvaletrentals.com.
  4. We do not send marketing texts without a separate, explicit opt-in.
  5. Consent to receive text notifications is not required to complete a booking.
